<p>Dyma nhw y burgers cartref, post anhymorol arnai ofn, ond blasus tu hwnt. Sori o flaen llaw i&#8217;r llysieuwyr sy&#8217;n darllen, sgipiwch y post yma.</p>
<p>Heno benderfynon ni hitio&#8217;r eidion cyn y wledd Nadolig. Mae hyn i gyd wedi imi wedi cael blas go iawn ar burgers di&#8217;w coginio yn eitha amrwd yn <a href="http://www.gbk.co.uk/menu/burgers/">Gourmet Burger Kitchen</a>  yn y brifddinas (mae na ddau gangen!). Mae&#8217;r rhai yn GBK yn ddrud, felly mae&#8217;r rhain yn symls symls a rhesymol iawn i&#8217;w gwneud efo briwgig o&#8217;r Co-Op neu o <a href="http://www.wil-lloyd.co.uk/">Will Lloyd ym Machynlleth</a> wrth gwrs!</p>

<p>Yndw, dwi wedi bod yn araf tu hwnt yn blogio bwyd yn ddiweddar &#8211; tywydd od, Ffair Aeaf a digon o waith yn cadw fi oma!</p>
<p>Ar nodyn hunanol, sbiwch ar y caws hyfryd o ddrewllyd ma o Gaws Cenarth ges i yn y Ffair Aeaf &#8211; bydd hwn yn y ffwrn wedi&#8217;r twrci a gaiff ei fopio efo bara yn syth, iam!</p>

<p>Mae gen i cwpl o posts y popty ara (slow cooker) i chi i ddod, a gan ei fod ym 4-in-1 mae&#8217;n neud reis anhygoel a stemio llysiau fyd! Mae o fod i neud uwd, ond dio&#8217;m cystal â sosban ar y job yna.</p>
<p>Ond am rwan, dwi am rannu cyfrinach Ffish Pai Traws efo chi. Di hi&#8217;m yn gyfrinach imi i&#8217;w rhannu rili, mae hi&#8217;n berchen i un o&#8217;n ffrindiau pennaf, a chogydd mil gwaith gwell na mi, Anwen o Traws (digwydd bod!).</p>
<p>Yn dod o Drawsfynydd, yn amlwg oedd na llwythi o bysgod yn dod i&#8217;r ty (a na, doedden nhw *ddim* yn goleuo yn twllwch!), a mae Anw wedi perffeithio y pastai pysgod i ddefnyddio ffrwyth llafur sesiwn sgota.</p>
<p>Mi roedd y Co-Op (wedi rhoi fyny ar Asda a Tesco, behemoths!) yn gwerthu pecyn o samwn, hadoc a hake wedi&#8217;w ciwbio yn barod i fynd, felly neithiwr ebostiais Anw mewn pembleth pastai, a ges i&#8217;r ebost ffab ma nôl:<em></em></p>
<p><em>&#8220;Wel dyma sut dw i&#8217;n gwneud un:<br />

<ul>
<li><em>Rhoi tatws sy&#8217;n mashio yn neis i ferwi.</em></li>
<li><em>Poachio unrhyw bysgodyn tisio mewn llefrith (heblaw prawns) am tua 5 munud, gan droi&#8217;r pysgod unwaith.</em></li>
<li><em>Tynnu nhw allan a flakio nhw mewn i&#8217;r ddysgl. Defnyddio&#8217;r llefrith i wneud roux. Roux yw menyn di toddi, cymysgu blawd fewn nes bod o&#8217;n bast.</em></li>
<li><em>Ychwanegu&#8217;r llefrith pob yn chydig tra&#8217;n cymysgu lot i wneud yn siwr bod dim lwmpiau.</em></li>
<li><em>Dylie ti ddiwedd hefo sauce neis trwchus. Ychwanega gaws cryf i hwn i wneud o&#8217;n gawslyd.</em><br />
<em> Dw i&#8217;n arfer crymblo rhyw hanner veg stock cube fewn hefyd. <span style="color:#ff00ff;">(gol. Mae hwn yn ychwanegu jyst digon o halen i&#8217;r pryd, hefyd alle chi ddefnyddio saws pysgod Thai)</span></em></li>
<li><em>Tywallt y sauce dros y fish yn y dish. Os wyt ti am roi prawns, dyma&#8217;r amser i wneud.</em></li>
<li><em>Mashio&#8217;r tatws hefo menyn, hufen a chydig o whole grain mustard. Rhoi ar ben y fish.</em></li>
<li><em>Pwshio&#8217;r tatws lawr hefo fork a gwneud patrwm ar y top. Gratio caws ar y tatws.</em></li>
<li><em>Rhoi o yn y popty ar 200 degrees celcius am tua 20-25 mun. Lyfyyyyfli!</em></li>
<li><em>P.s ffyrdd o wneud y pei yn fwy o luxury &#8211; adio chydig o cream cheese ir roux a chydig o hufen yn y tatws&#8221;</em></li>

<p>Ac arglwydd mawr, ydi mae o&#8217;n lyfli! Es i ati ar gyngor Anw i roi caws yn y mash, a dail mint yn hytrach na&#8217;r mwstard graenus, ond mae hi wedi sôn bod modd rhoi unrhywbeth hoffe chi i roi blas ar y pryd.</p>
<p>Wnes i ychwanegu saws pysgod Thai i&#8217;r saws gwyn, achos allai&#8217;m cel digon o&#8217;r stwff&#8230; sori!</p>
<p>Gobeithio wnaiff hwn eich cadw&#8217;n gynnes pan ddaiff yr eira (plis plis plis, a rhew caled, dwidi syrffedu ar dywydd mwyn!).</p>

Torrwch 200g o&#8217;r siocled mewn i sosban drom, ychwanegwch y menyn a&#8217;r coffi sydyn wedi ei gymysgu gyda 125ml o ddŵr oer. Cneswch nes bod popeth wedi toddi&#8217;n neis, dim berwi na ffrio!</li>

Mi oedd y saws caws glas a&#8217;r cwrw ceirch yn berffaith gyda&#8217;r cyw seimllyd poeth a hallt. Allai mo&#8217;ch cynghori yn gryfach i roi tro ar wneud rhain eich hun fel treat bach nos Sul!</p>

<p>Gafon ni gyfle i goginio allan chydig ar Long Island, seiclo yn Central park, trio am job newydd yn 30 Rock, rhoi&#8217;r stecen Tiwna fwyaf erioed ar y BBQ efo past Mojito (gwychbeth) a darganfod Cwrw Pwmpen &#8211; darganfyddiad diodol y siwrne. Gan nad oedd hops yn tyfu yn dda iawn yn y byd newydd ddefnyddiodd y coloneiddwyr cynnar y bwmpen i fragu &#8211; da iawn nhw, lyfli!</p>
<p>Hefyd, mewn bar Gwyddelig ar 47th Street ges i yr adenydd Buffalo gorau dwi <em>erioed</em> di blasu&#8230; wel y rhai cyntaf dwi rioed di blasu, ond dio&#8217;m bwys mi oedden nhw&#8217;n GORJYS!</p>
<p>Yn boeth a hallt a menynllyd, a POETH eto, mi oedd rhain yn fynydd o gig a braster a halen a sbeis, iam iam! Yn ôl yr hanes, cafodd y &#8216;Buffalo&#8217; wings eu creu yng ngogledd talaith Efrog Newydd, yn yr<a href="http://www.anchorbar.com/"> Anchor Bar yn Buffalo</a>.</p>

<p>Rwan te, yn wahannol i&#8217;r arfer, dydw i heb goginio rhain eto, ond dwi am roi&#8217;r rysait dwi am ddefnyddio i chi yma, falle dwi am fynd am drumsticks tho, bach mwy o gig!</p>
<p>Ymddiheuriadau am y Saesneg, ond bydd popeth arall yn Gymraeg wedi i mi wneud nhw!</p>
<p>Cynhwysion:</p>
<p>3<em>6 chicken wing pieces (one wing makes 2 pieces &#8211; the &#8220;flat&#8221; and the &#8220;drum&#8221;)</em><br />
<em> 1 tablespoon vegetable oil</em><br />
<em> 1 tsp salt</em><br />
<em> 1 cup all-purpose flour</em><br />
<em> 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar</em><br />
<em> 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper</em><br />
<em> 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder</em><br />
<em> 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce</em><br />
<em> 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce</em><br />
<em> 1/4 teaspoon salt</em><br />
<em> 6 tablespoons Louisiana hot sauce (Frank&#8217;s is the brand used in Buffalo)</em><br />
<em> 6 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine</em><br />
<em> celery sticks</em><br />
<em> blue cheese dressing (rysait i hwn ar wahan, wnai ei ychwanegu eto pan fyddai wedi gwneud rhain)</em></p>
<p>Paratoi:</p>
<p><em>Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.</em><br />
<em> If necessary, cut whole wings into two pieces. In a bowl toss the wings with the oil, and salt. Place into a large plastic shopping bag, and add the flour. Shake to coat evenly. Remove wings from the bag, shaking off excess flour, and spread out evenly on oiled foil-lined baking pan(s). Do not crowd. Bake for about 20 minutes, turn the wings over, and cook another 20 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and browned.</em></p>
<p><em>While the wings are baking, mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a pan, and over low heat bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, and then turn off.</em></p>
<p><em>After the wings are cooked, transfer to a large mixing bowl. Pour the sauce over the hot wings and toss with a spoon or spatula to completely coat.</em><br />
<em> These are always served with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.</em></p>

<p>Mae hon yn un llyseiol, ond mae&#8217;r rysait yn un arall lle alli di daflu beth bynnag sy&#8217;n y ty iddo. Ffrio&#8217;r cig ar yr un amser â&#8217;r winiwns di&#8217;r ateb, a mae&#8217;r ffrwtian wedyn yn ei feddalu&#8217;n neis iawn. Dwi awydd trio hwn efo halloumi rhywben&#8230; iam iam!</p>

<li>gwydraid mawr o win (ac un i chi tra&#8217;n paratoi wrth gwrs)</li>
<li>Un clôf o arlleg (neu dau fach os di hwn ddim yn bryd dêt!)</li>
<li>Winiwnsen fawr wedi torri&#8217;n fân</li>
<li>taten felys (dwi&#8217;n ffan o gadw&#8217;r croen arni, ond i bobl ddiarth pliciwch hi!)</li>
<li>menyn go iawn (hallt)</li>
<li>olew olewydd</li>
<li>parmesan</li>

<li>Tip da fyddai dilyn cyfarwyddiadau&#8217;ch bocs o reis arborio / risotto &#8211; bydd y niferoedd a&#8217;r pwysau yn gallach ar hwnw, ond dwi yn rhoi mwy o win ynddo gan amlaf, ychwanegu gangwaith mwy i&#8217;r blas.</li>
<li>Rhowch lwmpyn hael (rw dwy lwy bwdin) o fenyn go iawn i doddi yn y badell, a joch o&#8217;r olew olewydd (olew garlleg os da chi&#8217;n teimlo&#8217;n wyllt <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Rhowch y winiwns i ffrio nes eu bod bron yn dryloyw. Ychwanegwch y garlleg pan mae&#8217;r winiwns bron a neud, gan fod y garlleg yn llosgi&#8217;n hawdd iawn!</li>
<li>Ychwanegwch y reis a&#8217;i ffrio yntau nes ei fod wedi amsugno&#8217;r menyn ac yn sgleinio&#8217;n braf. Ychwanegwch y tatws melys a rhoi troiad nes eu bod wedi eu gorchuddio gan yr olew a&#8217;u ffrio am damed bach.</li>
<li>Rhowch llond ladel o stoc yn y badell a dechre troi&#8217;r reis yn ddiog</li>
<li>Unwaith mae&#8217;r reis wedi sugno hwna i gyd, tolltwch y gwin mewn a&#8217;i droi yn ddiog eto, dyma&#8217;r prd gore i gael gwydred o win tra&#8217;n coginio, achos mae na droi, a throi a throi!</li>

</a>Dyma dwist arall ar y cynhwysion &#8220;nwdls a chig&#8221;, fel y cawl, mae lot o hwn yn dibynnu ar be sy efo chi yn y Ty!<br />
Un peth sy&#8217;n hollol angenrheidiol ydi&#8217;r nwdls reis fflat, rheina a&#8217;r past Thai sy&#8217;n neud hwn mymryn mwy &#8220;go-iawn&#8221;. Ymddiheuriadau bod y bwyd yn edrych yn fler, ond cofiwch, bwyd stryd Thai yw Pad Thai, a felly dio&#8217;m y peth tlysaf o ran gwedd!</p>
<p><strong>Cynhwysion</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Nwdls Reis fflat (dwnim os di siopau ledled Cymru yn di gwerthu, ond gewch chi nhw o&#8217;ch archfarchnad Cheiniaidd lleol)</li>
<li>Wy neu ddau, dibynnu faint o isie bwyd sy arnoch!</li>
<li>Cig neu tofu o&#8217;ch dewis, yn y rysait hwn dwi&#8217;n mynd am bopeth, hyd yn oed ham cartref!</li>
<li>Llwy bwdin (neu lai os da chi didm isie gwres!) o bâst cyri Thai o&#8217;ch dewis</li>
<li>winiwnsyn coch,</li>
<li>Llysiau, tatws melys, bresych coch, moron wedi gratio, chili i addurno</li>
<li>Olew sesame</li>
<li>Saws Soy</li>
<li>sudd lemwn</li>
<li>Saws pysgod Thai</li>
</ul>
<p>Rhowch y nwdls reis i ferwi am 6 munud, digon i&#8217;w coginio, ond fel nad ydyn nhw&#8217;n rhy feddal.</p>
<p>Ffriwch y winiwns, y cig iar (os yn defnyddio corgimwch, gadewch rhain tan y diwedd un) y llysiau a&#8217;r past cyri nes eu bod wedi eu coginio ac yn un mysh o beth poeth a blasus.</p>
<p>Ychwanegwch y nwdls i&#8217;r gymysgedd, craciwch yr wy neu ddau a&#8217;i gymysgu yn araf i&#8217;r nwdls a chig fel bod yr wy yn caledu mewn chyncs.</p>
<p>Sbrinclwch y saws pysgod a saws soy, dwi&#8217;n rhoi tamed o fêl hefyd os dwi&#8217;n gweld bod isie mwy o felysrwydd, iam!</p>
<p>Cymysgwch yn araf a ffrio &#8211; ychwanegwch corgimwch iddo rwan i&#8217;w coginio am yr rhan olaf. Tip, mae chopstics <span style="text-decoration:underline;">lot</span> gwell ar gyfer cymysgu nwdls na llwy, os allwch chi eu defnyddio.</p>
<p>Gweinwch efo&#8217;r chilis wedi torri&#8217;n fân a photel o Singha, neu win pefriog, a prawn  crackers cartref, iam-ach fyth!</p>

<p>Post wltra cyflym borema, mae gen i risotto a gwledd Thai ar y cardiau dros y penwythnos, ond dyma&#8217;r rysait symlaf hyd hyn (haws na&#8217;r cawl hawdd, onest!).</p>
<p>Dwi wedi gweld fersiwn o hwn ar werth yn un o fy hoff fwytai yng Nghaerdydd, <a href="http://www.carluccios.com/restaurants/cardiff">Carluccios</a>, ond mae o&#8217;n ddrud am be &#8216;dio, a gallwch chi greu fersiwn llawer mwy blasus mewn chwinciad!</p>
<p>Hoffwn ddeud diolch i Mam am y rysait yma hefyd, mae o&#8217;n un o&#8217;i &#8216;stand by&#8217;s&#8217; bwyd parti ardderchog hi.</p>
<p><strong>Digon i fwydo dau efo bara neis fel starter, neu bedwar fel ychwanegyn i bryd mwy:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Pedair tomato mawr meddal</li>
<li>Winwnsen goch fawr (llai os da chi am gael llai o flas sbeis y winiwns!)</li>
<li>Eitha dipyn o fasil ffres, neu sych (os yn defnyddio sych, gadwch am 5 munud i amsugno&#8217;r olew cyn gweini)</li>
<li>Llwyth o olew olewydd gwyryf (hmm, cyfieithiad am extra virgin tybed?!)</li>
<li>Halen môr a chrensiwr (grinder)</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Gadewch y cynhwysion allan o&#8217;r oergell am dipyn cyn paratoi hwn. Mae&#8217;r salad yn debyg i, ac yn ardderchog efo gwin coch sbeislyd, a felly yn well ar dymheredd stafell!</li>
<li>Torrwch y tomatos yn eu hanner ac yna eu gwasgu dros y sink i gael gwared â&#8217;r hadau. Gallwch chi ddefnyddio juicer lemon dwi&#8217;n siwr, ond dwylo sy ore a fwyaf o hwyl&#8230; *sblat!*. Yna torrwch yn ddarnau, ond ddim rhy fach, digon i lenwi fforc!</li>
<li>Torrwch y winionsyn yn ddarnau hanner cylch (dwi di torri rhy fân yn y lluniau, mae angen i&#8217;r tomatos a&#8217;r winiwns fod bach yn annibynol.)</li>
<li>Dodwch y winiwns a thomatos mewn powlen fflat. Taenwch digon o&#8217;r olew olewydd blasus i orchuddio pob darn ond heb ei foddi! Dylai fod digon i orchuddio, ond dim ar ôl yng ngwaelod y fowlen.</li>
<li>Rhwygwch y basil os yn defnyddio ffresh, yn ddarnau eitha mân, eith o&#8217;n bellach wedyn! Os yn defnyddio basil sych, sbrinclwch dipyn go lew arno, bydd isie mwy i gael y blas.</li>
<li>Job hwyl rwan, efo&#8217;ch dwylo (glan, wrth gwrs), rhwtiwch popeth at ei gilydd fel ei fod yn cyfuno yn drilliw hyfryd. Bonws ydi dwylo meddal neis o&#8217;r olew olewydd!</li>
</ol>
<p>Dwi&#8217;n rhoi crensiad bach o halen môr mân arno hefyd, ond dwi bach yn obsesd efo halen, mae o&#8217;n tynnu blas y tomato yn hyfryd.</p>
